How do I place an order?
All orders can be made here on our website. Once you add an item to your basket, you will be asked to complete a short ‘ORDER FORM’ to select collection/delivery & order date. At checkout you can then opt for collection (free) or local hand delivery (£4) when at the checkout.
If you would like to order something that isn’t available our online store e.g. bespoke gift boxes, baby shower gifts, wedding favours & more then please send us an enquiry to: eatwithellaenquiries@gmail.com
The date I require isn’t on the list?
Our availability is updated regularly and we take online orders up to 2 months in advance. Send us a DM or email enquiry, as there are sometimes exceptions.
We are closed on Sunday’s and don’t offer collection/delivery on this day. We suggest booking into the Saturday beforehand, and your order will still be fresh.
Do you deliver? Where do you Deliver? Is there a fee?
Deliveries are made within a 8 mile radius of NR7. We deliver Tuesday - Saturday between 9am-6pm. We charge a flat rate fee of £4. If you are unable to collect your order, or live outside of this area, then send us an email as we we can sometimes make exceptions for some addresses. Please note that this may incur an additional fee.
For larger orders/event requests we will travel further. Please enquire via email.
What dietary requirements do you cater for?
Pregnancy safe, Vegan & GF. Although we try our absolute best to cater for allergens, there is a high risk of cross contamination. We are sadly unable to safely accommodate for high risk & special allergies.
Can you accommodate our theme?
We love a theme! Please send as an inquiry to eatwithellaenquiries@gmail.com and we can discuss your ideas.
When can I collect my order?
Collection is available from NR7 between 08:30-10:00 or 17:00-18:30 (Tuesday-Saturday).
Select your preferred date & time slot when at the checkout. Please note that time slots only apply to collections, deliveries will be made throughout the day. We are unable to give specific time slots unless given plenty of notice of a time you need this for.
